To get Semaphores to list on the console and log into a semaphore.txt file in the support directory, you should set the following INI variables: Debug_Show_Timeout=1 Debug_Capture_Timeout=10 Debug_THREADID=1 There is no overhead as they only start printing and logging when the semaphores are an issue. You will need to clean up the old log files as it is renamed after each restart.
