We had someone look at the logs and it appears the mail to PTD.NET is 
dropped immediately when it reaches PTD.NET.  The AS400 just keeps trying 
to deliver and continually gets dropped.

Mark has a good point. Another option would be to increase the debugging 
on your Domino server so that you can see the mail as it is attempted to 
be delivered. That should help you to troubleshoot it as well. Another 
idea, but without the delivery failure message this is just a wild guess, 
is that maybe they have your domain blacklisted.
