If you are getting an undeliverable, and logging is not answering the 
question and there is no
SMTP/ESMTP error message you need to use a packet sniffer at this point, 
too see if you are communicating. 

I sent a test message and no problem it was delivered. 

I did a trace on network-tools.com and it was successful as well. 

You may be having some other kind of networking issue.

 Networking seems to be the issue.
