Do not put QTEMP in the system library list.  Objects needed in QTEMP 
'MAY' be duplicates of objects in other libraries.  Traditionally an 
application will do an OVRDBF or some such animal to an object in QTEMP. 
However, if QTEMP is higher in the library list than a library containing 
production items, havoc may ensue as applications will now start using the 
duplicated object in QTEMP instead of the shared object in the production 
library.

Yes, Domino uses QTEMP - at the BOTTOM of it's library list.
