Sean, thanks. One of our network guys states that we are not using a 
packet shaper. 

When the problem occurs, we do have a lot of closed wait connections to 
1352. Our PCs are built from Microsoft RIS server with either Win2000Pro 
or XP for newer machines. I'm not really sure of our network architecture. 
Speaking to another guy, we've been rolling out VOiP QoS for about 8 
months. 

On April 9 I upgraded my servers to 6.5.4. I have had my PMR open with 
Lotus since about April 21 - this only started after going to 6.5.4.
