We've done it.  I don't recall it being any great shakes.  The biggest 
thing was getting the databases initially replicated over to the 
additional cluster server.  And ensuring that any new databases that get 
created are replicated also.  We ended up buying some software from AKORNN 
after some failed attempts to roll our own.  In fact, we're already 
talking about triple clustering.  Seems that, quite a few times actually, 
the primary server goes down when doing maintenance on the backup server.

I think it's fantastic that Domino has clustering.  We're doing that using 
multiple iSeries and we've yet to implement a HA solution for our payroll, 
erp, etc.
