We have a BlackBerry server on Windows 2000 Server. I never really have to
worry about restarting it, but it's not really that active (< 30 BB
users). You may want to keep up with Microsoft's Updates, though. You
could probably use that as your restart schedule. Since you're using a SAN
it doesn't sound like you'll have to worry too much about fragmentation (I
hope). I generally will defrag my box right before I reboot it.
