That's one of my goals for this year...

Look in the Admin help for "Internet Cluster Manager". It's the Lotus 
solution to that but it requires the Cluster Manager server to be up to 
redirect.

I'm having my Network Admin look into a hardware solution. We know that 
our Cisco Router can handle this (I'm not sure what it's called though) 
and there are other hardware solutions that offer failover for http(s).
