The template is DWA7.NTF I had one response to the same question on the Domino Forum and it suggested the following: >From Domino Administrator, go to files, select mail file in question, right click and then click on Manage Views in the Database tools menu to the right. A list of views/folders will appear. Select in-box and then click on "Purge" I did this (before the user logged on) and the deleted email was no longer appearing in the inbox when they logged on to Notes. Thanks for the response.
