I'm not sure what your antecedent is for "that", so I won't venture to 
guess what the point of it is, but no, I wouldn't not expect any of the 
other checkboxes to be necessary.  That said, I probably wouldn't use the 
"OtherDomainServers" group for a server that I wanted to replicate with. I 
would prefer to list the server explicitly with elevated privileges and 
then remove its explicit listing later if/when replication is no longer 
necessary.

But again, I'm not speaking from experience here.  Sorry for the delay in 
responding -- finally got a few days away from the office and I'm only now 
catching up on my mail.

So you think that OtherDomainServers also needs Manager access with all 
items checked?  I was rather hoping that simply having "Replicate or Copy 
Documents" checked would be sufficient.  After all, what is the point of 
that?
