Was a shared memory issue.
Possible solutions:
1 - IPL i5.
2 - EDTF STMF('/QIBM/UserData/LOTUS/LOTUS_SERVERS') and change the
partition number
3 - Use delete shared memory tool
Since we didn't have the tool (yet) IBM used option 2.
