Thanks for all of the great feedback. There were no negative responses
to the Barracuda Spam firewall, and it seems like it is well worth the 
money.

I am not going to promise 100% spam blocking to our end users. Many of you 
warned me that
there is still anywhere from 1%-12% amount of email volume that is SPAM 
slipping through while
using barracuda. It is also nice to see that the latest kernel is blocking 
image SPAM, which tells me 
that Barracuda is investing in their product and not just their marketing. 


I will  look to get the instant replacement option for the hardware as 
well.
