Hope it goes well Sean! The replacement option should be a must. It's only 
$400 (for the model 300) per year. That's not bad for the peace of mind.

I am not going to promise 100% spam blocking to our end users. Many of 
you 
warned me that
there is still anywhere from 1%-12% amount of email volume that is SPAM 
slipping through while
using barracuda. It is also nice to see that the latest kernel is 
blocking 
image SPAM, which tells me 
that Barracuda is investing in their product and not just their 
marketing. 


I will  look to get the instant replacement option for the hardware as 
well.
