All,

I just want to get a consensus of what others are using for email quotas.
We are currently using email quotas for all of our users but I want to
know if we are being to constrictive. I get calls daily wanting me to
increase quotas, or the "can you compact my mail database?". I do have
compact programs running nightly, but as most of you are aware.... users
ignore the warnings, until they hit the wall of not being able to schedule
new calendar items, or not being able to save to the sent folder etc...

What is a good standard database quota limit? I know there will always be
exceptions to the rule but I need a starting point.

Thanks for any and all input.

Thanks,
Scott Reece
