No limits on the number of documents.
No limits on the size of documents.
No limits on the size of attachments.
No limits on the age of documents.
We have several email files over a GB.  Especially marketing types that 
shotgun their latest power point out to several people.  Or engineers and 
their cad drawings.
Talked to management here about this issue and it's not worth risking any 
loss of business by making it hard to exchange information with customers 
and help them develop product.  Just how big a check do you need to get 
more disk?

We will be archiving one of these days, but that project keeps getting 
pushed back.  And it won't be i5 disk serving up the archive.
