Everything is "available"... for a cost! This is one of the cases where IBM
will just trust you to make the right call license-wise. In the Sametime
policy, there is an option at the bottom for "Allow all Sametime Connect
features to be used with integrated clients". If you select "yes", then the
integrated chat client will be able to do pretty much everything the Connect
Client can. See here for some supporting information:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21269153
Many/most of the things that are not "entitled" (file transfer, for example)
for Notes 8 will work if you have the Sametime policy set to yes.

What functionality is available within the Sametime connect client versus
just accessing sametime from within your Notes client?
