Tried this with the lower case c

RUNDOMCMD SERVER(servername)
CMD(CALL PGM(COMPACT) PARM('-c -daos on -ZU -n -v'))
BATCH(*YES)
ALWMLTTHD(*YES)

Occasional message on one of the three servers:
Informational, DAOS is enabled in database

All the DAOS directories for the servers were empty.

So I started the servers and ran
load compact -c -daos on -ZU -n -v
Seeing these on other servers also now:
Informational, DAOS has been enabled for database
DAOS directory is no longer empty.
So does this puppy really work when the servers are down???
