Short term just have a policy where if you add a user to the Suspend you
either:
- Disable redirection from BES
- Set the BES or BES group to no access (servers themselves) on the user's
ACL

Near term have an agent to run:
- Manually from the suspend group to verify and if not, set the BES to no
access
- Upon save and close the agent will run to verify.....

Long term could be a single interface which will use Lotuscript to add the
user to suspend and then make BRK calls to disable the BES account.
