your inquiry as to why the help databases, there is already an SPR filed
for this restriction. The SPR number is YDEN7Q3LDR.
This is a known issue since version 8.0 and still recurring on the
current Domino release. The affected databases includes all in the help
files except help9_admin.nsf, help9_client.nsf and help9_designer.nsf. The
databases affected are decsdoc.nsf, lsxlc.nsf and lccon.nsf. This is
because of a programming error found on those databases. Rest assured this
is a isolated issue and out of all databases that are out-of -the box,
these are the only experiencing this behavior.
