Rob, it sounds like the qpwdlvl 0/1 passwords of your connecting profiles
were cleared when you went to level 3 (as normal). Dropping it back down
won't help you.

You can check by doing a dspusrprf to determine if those profiles don't
have level 2/3 passwords. Reset the passwords for the connecting user
profiles and it should put you back in business.

The real issue we are having is that passwords of mixed case do not work
with database connections from Domino. Passwords of all lower case work.
Passwords of all upper case work.
