Where in DSPUSRPRF do you see whether or not they have level 2/3
passwords?

What happens is that they change their password in Windows to mixed case.
IBM Secure Identity Manager (ISIM) propogates this new password to IBM i
by executing CHGUSRPRF PASSWORD(...)
That there should have done such a reset.

It stops working.

So I do a CHGUSRPRF PASSWORD(...) again. This time leaving it all upper
case or all lower case and it works.
