watch out what the sellers MAPICS sells you. They have a great deal of hidden 
costs. Once you by the system you find out you need client access, ptf's are 
not up to date, etc. Did you by 24-7 support?? extra money upfront no service 
when you really need it. I could go on and on.

i have been involved with MAPICS for 20+ years, so this is not an irate user, 
but they definitely use the buyer beware method of selling

i am in a situation like that right now with a client who added a machine as 
a supposedly sister company of a "strategic account" of MAPICS.
