There are several options, from roll-your-own encryption to the AS/400 version of PKZIP to the Crypto hardware card from IBM. What are you trying to accomplish via encryption, do you need to access the file from a program while it's encrypted, or will a bulk file encrypt/decrypt process work (like a save, but with encryption)?
