Wireless For Dumb Terminals

Howdy,

Has anyone seen or used any equipment that will allow a dumb 
terminal, 3196 or 3476, connect to the AS/400 via a wireless interface?

I've got a bunch of terminals located in a large plant. These 
terminals move quite often as the plant layout changes. Everytime 
they move, we need to run a fair amount of new cable. I'd like to do 
something wireless to make these changes easier to accomplish.
