AS/400 Certification

I am interested in two of the AS/400 certification tests:

055 - AS/400 Professional System Administrator
057 - AS/400 Professional Network Administrator

I'm wondering if anyone has taken these tests? What would you 
recommend for study prior to taking the tests? I have been to the 
suggested classes, although it was some time ago, just looking for 
something to brush up with.
