I agree, but if they don't get that report that they don't read -- watch
out!!!  I was once going over a report with the Controller and we decided
that we needed to talk about the results with the Marketing Manager.  When
said Marketing Manager saw the report, he said "HEY!!!  That's EXACTLY what
I've been looking for!  Where did you get it?".  I had to choke down a snappy
retort as I explained to the man that it was the report that HE had diverted
all of my resources toward in the steering committee meeting nine months
prior, and that it was option 9 on the marketing menu...
