Area Code Changes List

Does somebody know of a way to get a list of Area Codes that will
be changing??  The list should include the affected exchanges.
Will also need to get monthly updates of this list.
The list should contain any within the nation.

Is their any software out there that will do this on the AS/400.

I have tried our phone company (Ameritech), they seem to only
want to provide a list for their area.

With all the area code changes lately, we need to update our
customer and vendor files to have the correct area codes.
