search : tool to convert journal entries REPOST

I'm searching a tool :

giving a file of name of changed fields, values, user, date and time
    from journaling entries (Before and after) for a PFile
because all these datas are in the journal entry but the record is not
structured

The aim is to keep only pertinent information (I'm not interested of
all the record, but only the changed field) so I can keep more history
of my files changes (security !!)

I assume some of you might have done this small tool, thank you in
advance for sharing it with me !!
