You can display PTF's in #LIBRARY with 
DUMP PTF,CRT,F1,#LIBRARY
or print with
DUMP PTF,PRINTER,F1,#LIBRARY

The display (sample below) will list the modules and the PTF's applied
to them.  Top right also shows PTF package level (eg. DK3926).
