You can also do DSPMSGD CPF1269 and take the option to display the full
text. If I remember right this message explains the major code of 715. I
don't have access to a 400 right now I seem to remember this code as
security issue on the target system. Say invaild user id, wrong password
or something like that but I can't remember for sure.
