In this case a portion of disk is carved out and you install SSP and the files and programs are seperate from the 400 files and programs. You share files by creating a fake lan connection between this 2 machines as if they were phyically different. On the SSP machine the resource for this line is LINE15 I forget the appropriate 400 resource. I don't have all the details right here now. I'm sure someone will chime in here and fill in the blanks. I not drop me a private email and we'll get you setup. -- Kirk Goins Blue Heron Consulting,Inc 2418 SE Burnside Rd #321 Gresham, OR 97080 503-618-1493 EMAIL kgoins@ix.netcom.com kirk_goins@compuserve.com +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to "MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com". | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MAJORDOMO@midrange.com | and specify 'unsubscribe MIDRANGE-L' in the body of your message. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
