You can utilize the CHGWTR command. I do not know of a way that you
connect two outqs to the same writer if that is your intent.
                                Change Writer (CHGWTR)

  Type choices, press Enter.

Subject: Switch WTR-OUTQ
Hi All;
Here's my question. If I have an OUTQ named PRT1, and the OUTQ is
attached to a writer named P1, and I want to add another OUTQ to P1
temporarily, say PRT2. Can I do this? I looked at the CHGOUTQ and
WRKWTR but found no specific area where it seemed allowable.
TIA for your answers!
