Tim, I don't think you can attach two output queues to one printer at the same time, but you should be able to pipe one output queue into another using TCP/IP, although it's a bit messy IMO. You could change the description of PRT2 along these lines: Writers to autostart = 0 Remote system = (local system name) Remote printer queue = PRT1 Connection type = IP Destination type = *OS400 Transform SCS to ASCII = *NO When you issue a STRRMTWTR PRT2 command, any ready items in PRT2 will be transferred automatically to PRT1 using LPR/LPD services, where they will then be printed on P1. To turn it off you isuse ENDWTR PRT2 OPTION(*immed). If you want also to be able to attach PRT2 to another local printer, say P2, then you could uglify it a bit further by having a CL program that automatically ends the writer, changes the output queue description and restarts it with either the STRPRTWTR or STRRMT writer command.
