api example please

I'm trying to use the API QWCRSSTS and can't get to far.
When I call the API I get an error referring to the last parm passed which 
is the errorcode parm. I wouldn't pass it(at least for testing) since it's 
giving me probs but for this API it's required.
Can someone place an example of using this API here on the list? Nothing 
fancy. I don't think this API will work from CL so RPG would be greatly 
appreciated.
