The QGY* APIs are found in library QGY, which exists if you have installed
the Host Server option of OS/400.  The need for this option to be installed
is clearly spelled out in the System API Reference chapter Process Open List
APIs in a future edition.  This pointer is, unfortunately, missing in the
current manuals.
