Your comments are valid.  However, frequently system operators are
restricted (because some dumb ass changed authority to the command) or are
incapable of executing the command.  The command is somewhat more
challenging than DSPSYSVAL or DSPDTAARA.

Also, on some n-way system, multiple feature codes report in!  (No, I
didn't make this up.)  When we license TAA Tools, we have had some people
report multiple feature codes.  When we didn't believe them, we had them
fax in a printout.  When we didn't believe our eyes, we called Rochester.
Rochester said that the highest feature code listed was the real one.

I wouldn't make it up.
