I was TRYING to avoid having the user(s) enrolled in the Directory (thus
the CLP being owned by QSECOFR) so that we don't have to worry about
whoever has authorization to this menu option being enrolled. That might
be obvious when we set this up the first time, but when those people
quit and someone else replaces them and needs to do the same functions,
we have to be concerned with the Directory (we don't as a general rule,
enroll users in the Directory since we do not use office and MOST users
are not using file download/upload programs...)

the joblog?>

Here it is:

                         Additional Message Information

 Message ID . . . . . . : CPF8070 Severity . . . . . . . : 30
 Message type . . . . . : Escape
 Date sent . . . . . . : 01/14/98 Time sent . . . . . . :
14:05:54

Message . . . . : Not allowed to process files for user XXXXXXXXXX.
 Cause . . . . . : Only a user with security officer authority can
display or
process network files for any user or specify all (*ALL) for the user
(USER
parameter) on the Work with Network Files (WRKNETF) command. Other
users
can process only their own files or files sent to their group.
Recovery . . . : Either have your security officer do the operation
or see
your security officer to get the needed authority.

Thanks !
