Restricting TELNET access

We have a solution that we use of a double signon.  One gets enter password
then a second NON-IBM password screen comes up.  You have to enter a
special code or you cannot get on.  The code changes every time you sign
on.  The code is never repeated.  If you start 5 sessions, then you have to
enter a different code for each session.  Code are entered by cut/paste
from a file on your pc.  With this method, one can go anywhere is the
world, signon to Compuserve, ATT, AOL etc and passthru to AS/400.  No need
to worry about what IP address you are using.
