     The command to start is just STRDBG. The debug environment starts the 
     source debugger support for ILE automatically.  One note... I usually 
     compile with DBGVIEW(*LIST) so that objects without source available 
     (IE. Source code on seperate development machine) can still be 
     debugged.

How do I run the interactive debugger to debug an rpgle program?  I  get a 
message saying it is an invalid type.  
     
I read the debug section in the rpgle manuals and it may have been 
accurate but it wasn't helpful for me.
