Question of efficiency

Which configuration model do you think is more efficient?

1.) 150-200 users connecting to an AS/400 via Rumba Telnet 5250 clients
by initiating 
       several separate Rumba sessions from their PC, one for each job.

2.) 150-200 users connecting to an AS/400 via Rumba Telnet 5250 clients
by initiating 
       1 or 2 telnet sessions and using group jobs to start and work
with additional jobs.
