You should have received a manual with your AS/400 that helps you diagnose 
the problem.  This manual would have shipped with your hardware, not with the 
software.  Typically, it would be stored with the reference material used by 
the 
IBM service rep.

For my particular AS/400 Model 620, I received a manual called "940x Models 
600, 620, S10 and S20 Problem Analysis, Repair and Parts".  Your manual 
may have a slightly different title.

Look for a manual with "Problem Analysis" in the title.

In the table of contents for the manual, look for a chapter about "SRC Codes" 
or "Unit Reference Codes".  You should be able to find "B315410A" there.

If you can't find the manual, just call IBM hardware service.

I'd guess that you have broken hardware; judging by the look of the your SRC 
code, B315410A.
