Yep, I've encountered this one before.  When the CEs removed
the card, one of the heat sinks that was supposed to be attached
to the back of the card in the "cooling tunnel" was rattling around 
inside it.  It made for some interesting conversation.  The CEs
had never seen this situation before.

This was on a 620 model 2175.
