Dave,

As far as I know you can use a batch job for Code if you would like with the 
latest version.  I don't do this because I can't prompt CL, but some of the 
programmers here do because of license restrictions on interactive sessions.

Why do all of the CODE/400 service jobs run in a work station session. 
Seems like IBM could have designed CODE/400 so it did not use an 
Interactive job (We have seen CFINT1 kick in when downloading lists of 
objects for Code/400). We are using a Server model, and Code/400 so we do 
not use AS/400 cycles while editing, but still pay a penalty when 
downloading, uploading and verifying code.
