Hello Joe,

Assuming you intend displaying the 'WarningMsg' to a user:

Use real messages and substitution data to do this!  The proper way is to send 
messages to a message subfile 
with the QMHSNDPM API.  However, if you must display dynamic text in the panel 
you can still use messages and 
retrieve them via the QMHRTVM API (or the ERRMSGID keyword for displays but I 
think that sucks too).  The 
advantage of messages is that the message handler does the formatting, you can 
change the text at will (no 
recompiles), you get national language support, and it's release independant.

I think UCS2 is Unicode.
