I don't know if you are referring to me, and I'm not insulted even if you are;
I know you mean this in a constructive way.

I, personally, need to be notified if someone is interested in any code I
offer. Then, I'll post it on my web page. I don't feel comfortable just
blasting code up to the list (but I do feel comfortable blasting my annoying
comments <grin>).
