David has asked several times in the past that large attachments not be send to 
the list.. Don't forget there are those in the world who must pay by the byte 
or minute & for e-mail & Internet connections.
If it's of general interest I'm sure David will post it to the web site !  :-)

I also like it if the sample code was included by default instead of having to

Would users prefer to have code and larger e-mails blasted?  This would be a
