Art,

The CCA170 part is the problem. Most ISPs will block mail that
originates from domains that are not registered. It is a part of an
anti-spam effort. You can either ask the ISP to register the
CCA170.LINK400.COM domain with an MX record, or change the AS/400's
domain name.
