CASE tools, anyone?

Can anyone share their recommendation or experiences with CASE tools?

We're doing process and data modeling for AS/400 and client (VB and C++)
applications.  Here are some of the features we're looking for (beyond
standard diagramming):

o  multi-user repository that can be shared across projects
o  reverse engineering of AS/400 and PC databases
o  reverse engineering of VB and C++ applications
o  code generation for VB and C++ (for data structure definitions, not the
whole application)
o  schema generation of AS/400 and PC databases

We're currently looking at products from Visible Systems Corporation and
Popkin Software.  Both offer some support for the features mentioned above.
We'd like to see other candidates, if possible.
