Roger,

As far as I know, the only issue is in the space they use.  If disk space is 
not an issue (and it shouldn't be at this late time), I don't believe you need 
to worry.

We are planning on upgrading our from V4R1 to V4R3 tonight.  We VERY
recently applied all our PTF's perm and just to make sure I went and
looked.  A WHOLE bunch of temp PTFs!!  Service Director maybe?  Someone
ordering PTF's I don't know about?  Anyway, what are the ramifications
of attempting to upgrade tonight with all these temp PTFs?
