Joe,

As long as the TCP servers are running, you can TELNET from one machine
to the other. Just type at a command line 'telnet xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' or
'telnet sysb', where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is th IP of the remote machine, and
'sysb' is the host name set up for the remote system in the AS/400's
host table(I think the host name part only works on V3R2 or higher).  As
long as you are just looking for terminal emulation(passthru), that's
all there is to it.
